When we asked Mr. Rocca for a brief biography he provided the following: I was raised by parents for whom English was a second language. Higher education almost got the best of me until a half-moon led me down a lonely arroyo to a sagging cabin where hearth-flames cast light on a table, pen and yellowing manuscript. Here I remain content to toil, obscure, according to my mentor’s wish.
